Third Party UK letter from Personal Business Manager

I got third party letter from Personal Business manager of my third party on bank original letter pad,but my third party is a GP and his personal manger letter head says
Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking
Healthcare Team
Address
His name
His Email
His mobile no.

page contains XXX bank details like regulated by,reg no etc.
He has written funds available for ME(my name to invest in business in UK under the name of t(hird party name),relationship to me,third party address, mob,ph,email.amount for Mr,(my name),money transfer date,his sign.
But the stamp like pad also says Commercial business managers
there is no third party account no
Will it be OK or Not(I know i need a letter from third party(GP) as well and solicitors letter verifying validity of signatures ) .

Please suggest something I dont mind negative/positive but I will be clear to use it or not.
I can Request my Third party to ask business manager to write his Personal Account number as well with sort code,he has his 3 accounts with lloyds.
