ILR English Test

I am on tier 1 genral and my ILR is due in Jan 2014. when i applied for HSMP in 2008 i was awarded 10 points for English and same when i got extension in 2011.
shall i need to pass English test or not???
my degree was from abraod and it was taught in English.

You should be fine in addition to LIUK. You should also include a print out of the PBS calculator awarding the points and the degree certificate.
