Applying for ireland EEA family join visa

Post by mdabid » Sat Nov 09, 2013 8:18 pm

Hello. I am British and I have three children 1is under 18 and two are over 18. I am moving to Ireland for my treaty rights. Then I am going to apply Ireland visa for my wife and childrens.i am worrying about my two chlidrens because they are 18plus. Will they get family joining visa or is there any other law over 18 plus children. Please help me in my matter and let me know what is the best way to get their visa. Thank you.

No specific rule applies, in the case of the children who are above 18, you will be required to demonstrate that, they are dependent on you, and without that dependency it will be difficult for them to get by.
