Student Dependent Visa

My boyfriend is in UK on student visa and his visa is until 30th Sept 2007. I am in India and we are planning to get married in May. How much are the chaces for me to get dependent visa for UK, considering he has only left 5 months on his passport till sept 2007.
I need urgent help. reply pls

Hard for me to ascertain, really...I would think...if you marry in early May, and then submit by the end of the month...you will need to find out how long it takes for dependent student visa applications to be processed....so it would seem quite unllikely. Unless he decides to extend it, then you could - is that likely?

So, you should try and find out how long it takes for such visa applications to be processed (in India) before deciding on whether to apply.

It only takes 2-3 days for dependent visa processing in India. Max 2 weeks.
