Naturalisation Query

Hi dear members,
I have a 4 years professional degree after my intermediate education from Pakistan which was taught completely in English. I am going to apply for naturalisation in March 2014. Do I need to pass the formal English test at level B1?

If the answer to my above query is "NO" then which option shall I tick on Naturalisation application FORM AN PAGE 5.


NOTE: I have passed life in UK test already.
