PCN

Post by Mohammed » Sun Nov 10, 2013 6:09 pm

All,
I recently got my ILR and I am about to apply for naturalisation on the basis of being married to a BC and having been here for more than 3 years.
I was issued 4 PCNs in total in the last 5 year
First one in 2009
Second one in 2010
Third in March 2013 and the last one in April 2013.
Do I have to mention this in the application form ? And will this have any bearing on my application as I have read in this forum that having more than one PCN In 12 months can be negative. I have searched the guidance notes and I can't see this mentioned any where though.

Regards

Although there remains some uncertainty with PCNs, I believe the form AN does not ask about PCNs. Therefore, as they would not be declared they shouldn't pose an issue.

Thanks a lot for replying. I will not declare them on the application form then. All those fines were paid off the very next day.
