ILR - Jumping red light

Post by harry7476 » Sun Nov 10, 2013 8:51 pm

Hi All,

I have a ILR and recently I was caught jumping a red light by a camera. I still haven't got the details of the action DVLA is going to take but I am concerned about its effect.

Will this restrict me from applying for citizenship?

Regards,

Unless you are convicted at court, no. Moreover, if you haven't received the penalty, don't assume you were 'caught'.
