ILR continuation period as tier2 dependent.

Post by nitrup » Sun Nov 10, 2013 10:19 pm

Hi

I know its too early to ask this question, but while calculating time period of ILR, can i add my stay here as Tier2 ICT Dependent?

I came in UK as tier2 ict dependent on 18th march 2011 and visa was up to 31st jan 2013 and afterward i went back india and applied for fresh visa as tier2 general migrant and return back on 17 feb 2013 and is now valid up to 17th march 2016.

will my stay here as a dependent count for ILR?

Thanks
