UK Ancestral extension

Hi all. One more question: My 5 year ancestral visa expired last year august ,before the 5 year period was up ( I had 4 months to go to complete my 5 year period) so instead of applying for an extension ( which i didnt know you could do and obviously didnt check properly) I applied for another ancestral visa which i only received in April this year

Will this affect my application for Indefinite Leave to Remain??
