Tier 2 ICT extension salary level clarification

Post by coolguy_83 » Mon Nov 11, 2013 7:07 pm

Hi All,

I am holding Tier 2 ICT long term visa valid until Jan 2014.
My entry clearance was before April 2011. I am in process of getting COS for visa extension. My employer is planning to give same gross salary as given in previous COS which is above the minimum salary for the given SOC code.
My question is whether there should be any increase in salary for applying extension from the existing salary.

Can anyone please advice if you have come across this situation ?

Thanks

the only requirement for salary is that it should be at least the appropriate amount for the job SOC code.

See para 44 in the T2 policy guidance
