TIER 1 TRIBUNAL DECISION PROCESSING TIME

Hi,

I had my Tier 1 Tribunal hearing on 15 October. Been four weeks since the date of the hearing but still no decision.

Any ideas as to timescales and how this can be expedited? Due to a family emergency I need to return to my home country but am unable to do so.

Any help would be much appreciated.
