Hi,

I have around 344 days absence from UK but less than 180 days in any of the 12 consecutive month based on my application date. I was on Tier-1(General) visa during this holiday (India) and was not employed in UK.
What reason can I give in my application without breaking condition of stay in UK?

On page 19 to 22 it says that "the Absences must be for a reason consistent with the original purpose of entry to the UK"


Could some one please help clarifying if I am in breach of the terms of ILR ?
I have an appointment next week. Shall I go ahead with it or cancel it?

I came dec 08 and gone back to home country for 101 day continuously
and again for 15 days in the same year.

can I apply for ILR because it is less than 180 days ?

Most people just state absence/work related absence/family etc...

Hi,

I am a contractor and work through my own limited company. I am on tier-1 and going to apply ILR next week. My company annual tax year has finished in Aug-13 and my accountant has prepared a draft report of my corporation tax. Is that enough or do I need to submit the return to HMRC before the ILR , pay the tax and then bring the documents for ILR?

Anyone who has used draft accounts?

Hi,

I am working through my own limited company and need to apply for ILR next week.
I have lost Companies House Certificate of Incorporation of limited company. I need to apply for ILR next week. What shall I do in absence of this document? Is it compulsory to produce this document for ILR?
