on a spouse visa but my wife is divorcing me

could some one advise, i am on a 2 year spouse visa and due to get my indefinate leave end of next year but we have seperated, we have a 10 month old child together, i am from syria.

What do i do now, what options do i have to stay and work in the UK?

You may be able to apply on the basis of your 10 months old child, provided you play a role in your chid's life.

Thank you I just want to make sure I dont lose my work visa and obviously get my residence in the UK eventually. I heard the option via my son would be difficult im on a low income so will be hard for me to pay a solicitor.

I believe that is your strongest area. Either you and your wife make up or your second best option is applying on the basis of your child.
