Tier 2 Fund Maintenance - Employer certify/bank statement?

Post by mahe333 » Tue Nov 12, 2013 11:25 am

Hi Guys,

As our company is pretty new to the sponsor management system they said they will select the fund maintenance option in CoS. I also have my bank statements to show the proof for fund requirements.

My doubt is which one is the best option. Should the employer select maintenance requirement in CoS or shall I ask them to leave it to No and submit my bank statement as proof?

Mahe

if the spsonnor is willing to certify maintenance that should be the preferred option because then you won't have to bother with bank statements,

Note that if you have dependants the certification of maintenance by the sponsor will also extend to them

Hi Manci, just adding to this point. Does the employer/sponsor need to provide any further evidence of this maintenance (for example, a letter) or is ticking that box enough when allocating the CoS (i.e. HO will automatically know that's the case)?

Thanks in advance!
