Resident Labor Market Test No Closing Date

Hi,

Can some one please help me? My employer has posted a job on Universal Job Match and another website to conduct the Resident Labor Market Test so they can assign a cos to me. It has been nearly 2 months now. They have got the screen shot and job reference and Job Id to keep as proof. I just have a look on those screen shots and found that there was no job closing date. Neither in title nor in description. The job has now been removed from Job Center Plus website. I am just wondering if this will be acceptable for UKBA or will we have to do the process again ? . We are waiting for our sponsorship licence to be approved so they can assign me COS.
