KOLL Test req? Info by UKBA for ILR documentation is useless

The information given by UKBA for ILR documentation is useless - no specific information.

I am in the UK on Tier 1 General visa and applying for ILR in Feb-14. My questions is regarding the KOLL test requirements for me (main) and wife(dependent). Both of us have our bachelors degrees in the PBS list and it was approved (only mine) by UKBA when I first applied for Tier 1 application.

Do I still need my degree to be accessed by NARIC for English requirements for ILR?
