Disolve company re-open and using for t1 visa

hi guys,
i am going to file new application once refused upper tribunal.
my questions are
1:
i have one company(abc) register 2 years before and closed without any trading,now that company(abc) is disolve company(abc),can i activate it gain and can use in my fresh application,as i have bussiness acount against this company(abc)?
2:
i have my previous company(xyz) which was incooperate in july 2012,and i applied t1 visa in august 2012,which was refused in march 2013,
after refused in upper tribunal ,can i used previous company(xyz) with new CAR.
3:
can i open just new company and apply, but having no visa in hand,no bank will open bussiness account against my new company?

please senior guys guide me what should i do?

just get a new CAR to show that you are still director and feel free to send it with your application.

Please can you give me any solid reason that it should not be a problem?
I mean company is 15 months old?
