Upper tribunal - uncertainty about my case

Hi,
I was at the upper tribunal yesterday, the judge found an error in law at one of the FTT's decision ( which was in my favour)and also agreed on another point which was in favour of the Home office. At this point I don't know what the final decision will be. My Barrister advised me to start getting ready to make a fresh application, should in case the decision doesn't go well.
