Upper tribunal

Hi
I was wondering if someone could advise me on this matter please.
If in case your appeal get dismissed from FTT than you get 5 days, In these 5 days do you ask FTT's Judge to review his decision or you go for appeal at Upper tribunal straight.
any advice is much appreciated

Don't waste time in asking a FTT's Judge to review his decision.

The time limit applies to appealing, against a decision, to the Upper Tribunal.
