Hye there , .
I had received the curtailment letter. In the letter it state that i had to leave UK for within 60 days starting from the date given in the letter
I already had official withdrawal (personal reason) from the university itself and return for good last year, October 2012.The International Office in my University allowed and advice me to make official withdrawn from the course and I did and returned back to my country immediately.
I came to UK last March 2013 as visitor pass with my wife for 2 weeks holiday and it is a short vacation in UK and the Immigration person allowed me to enter the UK using visitor pass.
I am a bit concern because of I had received this curtailment letter yesterday even though , I am not in the UK anymore since last March 2013 and I officially applied to cease my study there last year , October 2012
I would like to ask,
I am planning to study in UK next year and I have to apply for a visa Tier 4 (Full-time student). Does UKBA will rejecting my application due to the curtailment letter?
What is exactly curtailment letter purpose for if i am already in my home country?
Does the curtailment letter will effecting my Visa application?
Am i breach the UKBA law?
Thanks in advance.
