[b]Ukboarder agency website states that a person applying after oct 2013 needs to have a passed life in uk and also an English requirement (B1). I checked the home office booklet its states if a person already passed the English requirement for entry clearance they will not have to do it again. but the actual certificate is out of date will that make a difference?

me and my husband are both earning however although my husband gets payslips, income is low and he gets paid cash in hand. will that make a difference?

An expired certificate IELTS I assume, should still be accepted.

Thank you for the reply, it is an IELTS certificate. Regarding the wages will the issue of cash in hand be a problem?
