Appeal Withdrawn. Please throw some light

Hi all,

My appeal has been withdrawn by the home office before the hearing date . What should I infer from it ? On the letter it states that the case has been withdrawn from the court and sent back to decision maker to make a new decision . So please let me know if anyone is in same situation ?

Would they re-assess my case?

@ csquare, Home Office might have sensed that they are likely to loose the appeal and they now want to reconsider your application so as to grant your visa or refuse on other reasons. Just hope that they grant it so that they wont delay you again.
