Application withdrawn, documents still not recieved?

Hi Guys

i have withdrawn my application last month on 11th october and i am still waiting for my documents, Home office people saying they have sent it via internal delivery system to becket house (voluntary departure team) earlier.

but becket house is saying they havent recieved it yet.

no homeoffice people are saying that my docs are lost or delayed inbetween, and they are investigating on it.

i dont know what should i do, n how long is it going to take?

any expert advice
