British citizenship application of wife after ILR -- urgent

Me and my wife has ILR from Feb 2013
ILR issued on the basis of Tier 1.

My British citizenship application will due on 21 Feb 2014 after completing 1 year after ILR.

Can I apply wife citizenship at the same time or not, as she has joined me in UK July 2009. she has not completed 5 years yet although we got the ILR at the same time.

A urgent help required.
