T1G to ILR case.

As a sole trader self employed, if I just take some home tuitions, can I use these earnings for ILR requirements? My students will pay me in cash, which I can then deposit to my personal bank account. Are earnings from home tuition count towards ILR salary requirements?

To show earnings from 12 consecutive months, is it ok if I show earnings from 1st 3 months and last 3 months, if they fall in 12 months?

Example: If I am showing earnings for 12 months from 1st Jan 2014 to 31st Dec 2014:

1st Jan 2014 to 31st Mar 2014: show earnings
1st April to 30th Sep 2014: unemployed
1st Oct to 31st Dec 2014: show earnings

Is the above scenario ok to show previous earnings from 1st Jan to 31st Mar and then 1st Oct to 31st Dec?

You can show earning for consecutive 12 months from last fifteen months .
If the said six months period meets earning requirement then you are good.

T1G to ILR case.

As a sole trader self employed, if I only do some home tuitions and earn enough fro ILR, can I use these earnings for ILR requirements? My students will pay me in cash, which I can then deposit to my personal bank account. Are earnings from home tuition count towards ILR salary requirements?

Also, can I buy a franchise from a franchisor and use the earnings for ILR requirements?

Can a sole trader self employed work for overseas clients while remaining in UK, and receive payments from abroad. Can these payments be used for ILR earnings?

For example: If I teach some students in India about IT technologies via webcam, and they deposit money to my UK bank account, is that ok for ILR?

If I can use these overseas earnings, can I also claim 5 points for UK Experience? I am asking because the earnings will come from overseas, so is that ok?
