Extension application - fee not deducted

Post by aashan » Thu Nov 14, 2013 11:46 pm

Hello,

I applied for my second extension by post last week along with 3 dependents. application was received in HO on the 8/11.

They have deducted the fees for the 3 dependents on the 11/11 but as of today (14/11) have not deducted the fees for the main applicant.

Is this something that is normal??
Any one else have a similar issue??

I read in the article below that the application cannot be rendered to be invalid if the payment in not made?? and UKBA have to get in touch with the applicant. is this correct?

this is what is on the application form:

A1
Tick the fee appropriate to your application. If you do not select a fee then we cannot take a payment and your application will be rejected as invalid .

Try writing to the HO asap - they may not have made the decision yet to reject your application
