hi all,
can i use 15 months old company with new CAR in my fresh t1 application 50k roue.
i already got refusal in upper tribunal on third party bank letter isuue,now i am applying fresh application with all money in my personal account.
plz reply with solid reasons.

Yes. The 3 months rule implies on dates of papers submitted and not the registration date of the co. Please refer to the Policy Guidelines.
