UK ILR Query

Hello Experts,
I came to UK on a HSMP Visa which is currently known as Tier 1 General.
I had my Visa extended twice and currently its valid till Jan-2015.
The Dates are as below
First VISA Date of Issue :- 27-12-2007
Date of Entry Clearance:-16-04-2008 ( landed in UK)

I was absent from UK during the below dates

12-09-2008 to 15-09-2008----3 days
07-10-2008 to 25-11-2008----50
10-09-2009 to 07-11-2009----59
13-03-2011 to 02-04-2011---20
04-04-2011 to 03-05-2011----29
11-07-2011 to 10-04-2012---274
17-08-2012 to 21-08-2012---4
04-10-2012 to 08-10-2012---4
26-03-2013 to 10-04-2013---15
30-07-2013 to 10-08-2013---11

In total, the number of days which need your attention are as below

Gap between Visa Issuance Date and Entry Clearance is 111 days
No. of days of absence in total: 469 days ( between April 2008 to Nov 2013)

Also note that there was a large gap of 274 days as mentioned above.

Am i Eligible to apply for ILR? If so when will that be?
