Hi All

Can anyone please let me know what is the requirements for Tier 1 Entrepreneur from Pakistan.

i have 2 friends and they are real brothers.they completed master from UK.They have funds £200,000 in father account.they want to applyas team.

1-What documents they need to show
2-Do they need any business plan

i understand there are lot of refusals but these guys are geniune and really wana do business in the UK.

I think so too given the circumstances! But please feel free to provide detailed instructions for the entire process so the OP, who is not even the person who will be making the application, can readily digest all of that and pass it on to his friends.

or any other stuff which is not mentioned in Home Office web site?

You have the website link already. Yes, there is, indeed, much information to be garnered that does not appear on the website but as we don't know what is lacking in their understanding of what is on the website, it's not possible to rectify the gap in their understanding; we are not clairvoyant. I suggest your friends comprehensively read the UKBA website pages for this category and they, themselves, should ask relevant questions on what they don't fully understand about that. You as intermediary is not a good solution as you are lacking in knowledge as much as they are.

I suggest to put funds in their joint account. Less paper work then.

1) letter from bank stating that £200,000 are avl as on date and freely disposable in UK for business and are avl to both applicants. Bank is regulated by state bank of pak.

2) maintenance 3100£ each . Statement of last 3 months with 3100£ avl for both.

3) ielts or uk masters degree

4) biz plan.

5) source of funds(not mandatory) but will help to improve the case.

What have they been doing in Pak? Biz or job?

they have already construction business in UAE and also a well known restaurant in UAE.
will it make any difference if they apply from UAE instead of PAK?

secondly they have maintain maintenance in UK bank account ...if they are applying from Pakistan/UAE will they be able to use UK bank statement ???
