Changing the EEA non married artner via to tier 2 work spons

Hi,

I am currently under non married partner of EEA visa, i am wondering if i can switch to Tier 2 sponsored visa, if so can i apply in UK or do i need to leave the country?

You cannot switch and must apply outside the UK.
