I m a bit confused about my case i stayed in uk for almost 20 months last year before my expired i sent my documents for extension but unfortunately after three months i got an emergency back home as my mother was badly sick and admitted in the hospital on that time i did not have any other option except withdraw from my application as its already been three month under process so i came back to my home land when i was leaving heathrow airport immigration person check my passport and asked me that ur visa has expired i show them letter that i received from ukba after withdrawn then he called some one and asking about my information after 2 min he gave my passport and he said you may go you are fine
Now i am planing to go and finish my MBA i am bit confused as one of my friend make me confused according to him withdraw application after visa expires mean overstay i dont know am i eligible to apply or not

have you started your course before you leave UK.

if you started you have to ask for new cas from your college or university/
if not you have to apply in a college or university get cas and make fresh application.
you have to include a cover letter when you make application.
