Need Help in FLR(M) earnings

Just wondering if any can help?
my friend applying ILR soon and he needs to apply FLR (M) for his wife

this is his income
previous employer
April 3980.17
May 3980.17
June 3980.99
July 3980.58

Present employer and self employed

July 5000 Dividend
Oct 635 salary

Gross income=21564

is the above income eligible to apply FLR(M)? as i am confused about the combination of income?

What is his spouse's current immigration status and how long has s(he) had this status?

Did the main applicant apply for ILR as a PBS or long residence applicant? Is the dep a medical doctor?

yes main applicant apply ILR on PBS

The PBS dep can apply for a PBS dep extension, for which only maintenance fund would be required.

i think your mistaken she needs to apply FLR(M) and i would like to know if the above earning ok to get her application granted. as her husband will be applying ILR and she will be applying FLR(M) at the same time or she needs to wait?
