Dependent Visa / ILR Partner / Finance

Post by johnsam1000 » Sat Nov 16, 2013 11:16 pm

Recently I've got my (10 yr) ILR. My wife is in dependent visa. Now I need to apply her FLR.

Do I need to show my bank statements & payslips for 3 months? As I dont have a proper job at the moment, I'm worrying. Please let me know.

Thank you

What were your and your wife's categories immediately before your ILR application?

When did she did she initially apply for leave as your dependant?

Thank you vinny,

I was in Tier 2 and she was my dependent. She applied dependent visa and received on July 5th 2012.

She just made transitional protection, so 3 months wage slips and corresponding bank statements should suffice for adequate maintenance. Do click the links (blue writing) Vinny kindly supplied.
