hey there i got married abroad and my wife was granted visa on 25/09/13 till 2506/16 my wife still on my home country. does she have to join me asap !! someone said is better that she come to UK ( first 3 months ) after they issue her Visa !! is that like a period for it !! i dont want her to get in trouble when she turn up in UK

It saves you money if she is here within 3 months. The spouse visa is for 33 months but she only needs to be here 30 months to extend her stay. If she comes with less than 30 months left (which she can do at any time during her visa), then she has to pay for further leave so that she gets the full 30 months to renew in 2016.
