Confirmation of SOC Code

I am going to apply for Entrepreneur Tier 1, PSW, 50,000 route. can some one tell me how can I show the confirmation of SOC Code. my job is NQF Level 4. I noticed from documents list of some members here they mentioned that confirmation of SOC Code. All, I want to know that is there any specific form etc to show Confirmation of SOC Code or case worker will check by self.
