Fresh Application

Post by Khan881 » Mon Nov 18, 2013 9:35 pm

I applied for Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa in Sep last year. I havent heard anything from UKBA since then, only received letter in March regarding changes to rules. I called them few times to find the status of my application and got the same answer, its under process. I have sent them two new contracts and advertisements as well. I know must of the applicants received interview call or got their decision either negative or positive but I am still waiting to hear something from UKBA. My question is that what can I do in this situation? Can withdraw my application and make fresh application because I have heard that they are making quick decision on new applications. My funds are abroad and can transfer them to UK any time.

@ Khan881, why don't you transfer some of your funds to UK now and start trading if your previous visa allow you to work like PSW. Trading in your business will help you if you are invited for interview or if any other issue arise.
You should also not bother wasting money for new application because you never can tell when your existing application will be treated.

Fresh Application

@Olasunkanmi
I have 10k in my personal account which I saved while working during this time period. Will they ask for proof whether the money was transferred from overseas account or not? As far as trading is concerned, I have recently sent them new contact, business account details and business insurance. I can also provide them invoices for services I provided to my clients. I am not sure what else do I need to do?

@ Khan881, as long as you have proof of where your money comes from, then you don't have to be afraid. If your funds are all ready for investment, then I will advice you to get all your trading evidence ready for Home Office and start spending few money on your business activities.

Since you already have clients that you render your services to, then I think you should be fine to pass the genuinety test.
