set(0) - include ltd company finances or not?

Post by vster » Mon Nov 18, 2013 9:51 pm

Hi,

I'm applying for IRL coming from Tier 1(General) using form set(0).

I'm a contractor with my own limited company. For the 12mth earnings period my salary and dividends score me the earnings points I need. Given this:

1) Should I also include: business bank statements, invoices & letter from accountant stating the retained profits I'm entitled to?

if so:

2) Is is necessary to show proof my accountant belongs to one of the approved registered bodies?

3) Is it necessary to show proof of national insurance payment or is this just for sole traders as opposed to ltd companies?

My company just finished it's 1st financial year so I have no official tax documentation yet from HRMC.

Thanks all for your help.
