ILR application form SET (M)

Hello i was just wondering if some one can help me out with a query

my question is that i am working with an agency and am trying to get my wifes visa and was just wondering would i be able to show my proof working for/through an agency or do i have to be working for a company for my contract of employment and my payslips proofs to be acceptable.Or would working for an agency be proof enough that i am working and earning enough?

As long as your payslips meet the Financial Requirement (if applicable) you should be fine.

5.5.2. Employment can be permanent, a fixed-term contract or with an agency.
