Tier 2 General - URGENT HELP NEEDED

My daughter and I are applying as Tier 2 General Dependents at the same time as my wife who is the main applicant. We are applying for Leave to Enter from India.
1. Maintenance is certified for my wife on her CoS. Do we, the dependents, also need to have some sort of letter or undertaking from the sponsors to certify maintenance for the dependents? Or would the same maintenance extend to us as well?
2. There is no option in the online application portal for dependent applications. Does this mean that we (the dependents) dont need to apply separately since our passport details have already been mentioned in the main applicant's application form?

I am scheduling an appointment for day after tomorrow for the visa applications and would really appreciate if someone could answer these questions at the earliest.

So will go ahead and mention in my application that the evidence for my maintenance support is my wife's CoS. Hopefully things will work out for the better
