Question about WP 5 years (URGENT)

Hi all!

First of all, thanks for all specialists that are helping with good information here. When I was getting my first visa this forum was very very helpful.

I had a look at almost messages about changing jobs and I didn't find the answer for my 3 questions:

- I got a WP 5 years last november. Now I'm received an offer that will increase a lot my salary and the job position is the same, but different company. If the company that offered me a job send the WP1 to get my new WP and the HO refuse, do I get problem with my actual WP?

- The "new" company is able to ask the WP before I give notice, is it possible?

- Is necessary the role description on the new application be EXACTLY the same ?

As a Senior Programmer/Analyst I know all the skills that my actual company wrote on the first WP1, but I don't know about the job position description.

Please, I will accept this offer next friday, but I would like to know these questions before I do it.
