Tier-2/Work Permit - ILR Eligibility

Hi,

I came to UK in 2006 Nov on Work Permit thru Indian Based company. Then I have returned back to India in Sep 2010 due to Father's ill health and later stayed there till Apr-2011 and came to UK with Tier-2 ICT.

Will I be eligible for applying ILR.

Note:
My WP details
Nov-2006 till Nov-2008 WP
Nov-2008 - Nov-2009 WP Extended
Nov-2009 - Nov - 2010 WP Extended
Apr-2011 - Apr -2014 New Tier-2 ICT taken from the same company.
