Tier 2 Dependent Visa Online.

Hi,

I'm living in UK under Tier2 (General) Visa (Certificate of Sponsor by Employer)

Me and my fiancé got registered in Hatfied registration council and now are we are going to Pakistan for proper wedding...she is in UK and on student visa which is valid until 2015. After getting married in December I have to come back to continue my JOB.

Now I need to apply her dependent visa from Pakistan I am confused What application form (VAF10 or VAF4a) should I make online ?

Can someone please send me the direct link to make an application online ?
