is my wife eligible - 3 year criteria

Post by forbc123 » Tue Dec 03, 2013 7:58 pm

Dear all,

I have multiple queries w.r.t my spouse eligibility, she got ILR on 12-09-2011, I got my UK passport last week (thank you all once again)

Q1. I'm trying to book NCS appointment on 20th of Dec, 2013 for my wife
She landed in UK on 20th of December 2010 after maternity. Can I go ahead with booking NCS slot?

Q2. Also, she was out of UK for 272 days since Dec 2010 which includes more than 6 months continuous stay outside UK in 2011, will that continuous absence be okay?

Q3. My wife cane to UK IN 2007 as TIER 2 dependent, I'm submitting print out of PBS as her university and degree is qualifying for 10 points, with her original degree + letter from university, my question is that will HO consider dependent to use PBS as proof of English KOLL?

Request your kind responses to enable me apply for my wife ASAP.
