Tier 4 Application (main + dependent) General Questions

Hey,

So I am about to fill my online Tier 4 application form with my wife (she is already a Tier 4 dependent visa) at the same time within the UK. As the online system has been introduced recently, I have some question regarding filling the form to be answered please, as below:

1. Do I still need to include my unconditional offer despite the fact that I have included my CAS number?

2. My wife is already in UK under Tier 4 Dependent visa. Do we still need to prove our marriage by providing (marriage certificate, photos, bills and contracts under our names and travel documents etc.)?

3. My wife did not need an English test for her Tier 4 Dependent visa, does she need it this time? I.e have the rules changed?

4. I have included her name under my online application form. Do I still need to fill a separate application form for her? (we are applying at the same time)

5. Which application form is for me? ('Print and Send' or 'Online')
