Referee for naturalisation - number to call?

Hi Forum,

One of my referees is a guy who is really particular about these things, so he wants to call the home office to confirm he qualifies for being a referee.

He is my manager in my current company, but he does not have an Engineering degree, but has a MA in CS instead.

Can someone point me to the number to call to confirm this kind of thing?
