Hi I already explain that in (entrepreneur visa refusal) me and my team member were 100% same refusal objections. My team member won appeal in September and dated 26/10/13 he also received his passport and visa card (17/10/13 to 17/10/16) and all documents as well. I also received appeal buddle from home office in august 2013 but my hearing date is 30/01/14. My questions are.
1- Did I need solicitor?
2- When I need to send appeal documents to court and home office representative. Waiting yours good response please.

@ PAK, if you guys have ask that your appeal be heard together, you could have also receive your visa by now. But you also have a good chance to win your appeal as your refusal points are the same.
Just take your team member's appeal reference with you to the tribunal and explain to the judge that your team member's appeal was allowed on same refusal points and you shouldn't have any issue with your case.

It's your choice if you want to use a lawyer for your hearing.

Also make sure that your business is trading.

Write to the Case worker who has looked into your Team member case explaining the case as it is the same refusal and so on.
Maybe you will be lucky if someone sensible looks into the case and approves yours under the new circumstances. No harm in trying, if it doesn't work you can still go ahead with the appeal.
