@ msaleemu, if you have no alternative and you need to submit your application then I will suggest that you submit it with the 60days maintenance bank statement with you (better than being an overstayer) and then make sure you extend your biometric registration date by another 2weeks or so. Then send in another application form with the same details with the 90days bank statement and request that you want your initial application to be VARY because you made a mistake on the first application form. You might be lucky for it to be accepted without having to pay another fee.
If they refuse to accept your request to VARY your initial application, then the only option is that they will refuse you with appeal, you then have 2 options;
(1) Appeal and submit fresh application if appeal is unsuccessful and
(2) Submit a fresh application the very next day you receive the refusal letter with your 90days bank statement which will have been ok to use.
In all you will have save yourself the problem of being class as an overstayer.
The key to success is knowledge and hardwork, and to have faith.
