Tier 1 to ILR - completing Section 5

I'm applying for ILR having been on a Tier 1 (G) visa for 5 years in April 2014.

Section 5 - do I need to complete this? cant find information on this.

Any idea on whether Tier 1 (general) to ILR applicants need to complete section 5?
