EEA2 section 10

Am putting the final touches on EEA2 application for the missus Ive used some of the printed application but added lists and explanations of our own is section 10 personal history a requirement in law? no problem saying no to any convictions mass genocide ect is pretty insulting and then a further section on ties to your country of origin is this actually required under eeu law?

This is just a bad copy & paste job. They just reused questions from similar applications but these are not applicable to EEA applications although no harm answering them (or ignoring them if you wish).
Check the FAQ before posting!
Citizenship (adults, children, passport)
EEA (EEA FP, RC, PR, Surinder Singh)
