Hi all ,

I have applied in oct 2013 , biometrics done
Route. 200k ( allfunds are in uk)
Business plan submit

Now situation is that my father was got brain stroke in 2012 , and now they again have serious problem related to that as i have all the evidences for that and my mother is serious asthmetic also .

Can any body help me that i have go back to see my parents and my application is still in process .

How can i expidite up my application
Is it helpfull if i can send my all evidences through my solicitor to home office .
What is outcome of that.
Or please guide what i can do in this situation.

sorry to hear yr situation. being very honest there is no such way that u can go home keeping yr application pending. But i have heard one thing. that is if yr visa is still valid then they can give u a travel document. but i am not sure of that. assuming yr visa is expired my suggestion is write a letter to case worker explaining him the situation and if possible with proof. that might do something.
